Shipping policy
Where we ship.
- Handmade items (incense jars, trios, Sweet Slumber balm) ship within the United States only.
- Print-on-demand items ship to the US and internationally, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil and most other countries.
Rates for handmade items (US).
- Standard: $8.00. Free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
- Express: $15.00.
Rates for print-on-demand items. These are calculated at checkout by product type and destination. For example, most items ship at a US flat rate starting from $4.69, with US Express available for $11.99 on some items.
Processing times.
- Handmade items are made in small batches in Amherst, MA and ship within 1–3 business days. Holiday trios are packed to order, so please order early for holiday delivery.
- Print-on-demand items are made to order and usually take 2–7 business days to produce before they ship.
Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and the shipping method you choose.
Orders with both kinds of items. Handmade and print-on-demand items are made in different places, so they'll ship separately with separate tracking. You won't pay extra for this beyond the rates shown at checkout.
Tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email pvspnaturals@gmail.com with your order number and photos, if damaged. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Customs and duties. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
