Overview. This website is operated by PVSP Naturals. Throughout the site, "we," "us" and "our" refer to PVSP Naturals. By visiting our store or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
Products. Our incense and balms are handmade in small batches, so color, scent and appearance can vary slightly from batch to batch and from photos. Print-on-demand items are produced by our fulfillment partner. We do our best to show products accurately, but colors can look different on different screens.
Product use. Please follow the directions and safety notes on each product. Incense should never be left burning unattended. Sweet Slumber balm is for external use only. You're responsible for using products safely and as directed.
Pricing and availability. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders that contain pricing errors or look fraudulent. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.
Orders and payment. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
Returns and shipping. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these Terms.
Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, photos, designs and logos, belongs to PVSP Naturals and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, PVSP Naturals isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Product Safety Notes
Incense directions:
- Hold the block horizontally and ignite the corner.
- Blow gently on the tip to let it smolder.
- Place upright on a heat-safe surface, away from anything flammable.
- Let it cool fully before relighting if the tip burns out.
- Ash is non-toxic — safe to wash down the sink or discard in the trash.
Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children, pets, curtains and drafts. Burn in a well-ventilated space.
Sweet Slumber balm: "Good to know: For external use only. Contains coconut oil. Patch test on a small area first. Keep away from eyes and face. Not for newborns under 3 months. If your little one has sensitive skin or a medical condition, check with your pediatrician first."
